WHAT ARE ECPs?
EMERGENCY CONTACT POINTS

ECPs are HELP SIGNS placed throughout your college campus, stadium, baseball park, sport, or concert arenas, convention center, hotel, amusement park, parking garage, airport, downtown, and beach tourist areas.

WHEN THE ECP IS SCANNED, WHAT HAPPENS?

QR Codes that, when scanned by a user with a smartphone or smart device, will automatically cause the user's smart device to send an immediate SMS text message to your designated help center.

Within seconds, a text alert message is instantly sent to all members of your central operations or to each member of your response team's cell phone.

33 HelpME has created a new use for a well-developed and proven technology: QR Codes. We have created a unique application using QR Codes that will automatically launch and cue up the user's SMS application on their mobile device. The user needs only to press the SEND button to call for help.

IS 33 ESPs AVAILABLE AS A SMART  PHONE WEB APP?

Web Apps are not required.  There is nothing to download, or install.

 

 

IS 33 ESP  AVAILABLE FOR AN ENTIRE CAMPUS, BUSINESS, AIRPORT, STADIUM, ARENAS,or a MUNICIPALITY?

YES. You can post thousands of ECPs.  Install ECPs on entry/exit doors, elevators, restroom, elevators, seatbacks, outside light poles, hallways, parking garages.  Post where your imagination takes your vision.

WHAT ABOUT TRAINING AND SUPPORT?

Training & Support for the user is not required.  Smartphone users are already well versed in how to use their camera to scan QR Codes.

Training for you, as the Administrator, and your staff is provided.  GREAT training and GREAT support staff are what separates 33HelpME from the competition. When you need help, our support team answers the phone. We are here to help you. In addition, our website has dozens of pdf help files.  Every day, customers tell us they love our support.

ARE UPGRADES INCLUDED?

YES, upgrades are FREE to all customers.

ARE REPORTS AVAILABLE?

Your reports are easy to create, and provide the data you want in an easy and understandable format. Print, view and/or sort your reports by day, date range , activity, or by person. Select from standard, detail or summary reports. Reports can be automatically scheduled to run at specific days and times and emailed as a pdf file, so you can get your report automatically with your morning coffee.  Reports can be printed to any standard laser or ink jet printer.  Reports will provide data on who summoned help, the nature of the request, and the date and time the 33 HelpME button was clicked.

HOW IS THE LOCATION OF THE SENDER IDENTIFIED?

The location of the sender is included in the SMS Text Help Message that you receive.  When installing each ECP. the installation process records the QR Code and the location for only that location.

WE HAVE AN "APP", WHY DO WE NEED ECPs?

Your "APP" requires Internet.  If there's no WiFi, then your APP doesn't work.

Studies have shown that less than 60% of your users actually download your "APP".  When they need help, it's too late to start to find, download, and install your "APP.

ECPs do not require WiFi.  There's no "APP" to download, install, or learn how to use it.  ECP's jusy work.

PLUS, unlike your "APP", ECPs do not require software developemnt, maintenace, deployment, or technical support.  And every person with a smart phone can use ECPs.

WHY CAN'T USERS JUST CALL 911?

Yes, people needing help can certainly call 911, but 911 was built for "life threating" situations.  911 is NOT a help response system.  When you need the calvary, call 911.  911 was designed for emergencies.  ECP's can be used for both wmergencies and non-emergency situations,

The most asked question by the 911 operator is "Where are you?
ECP's provide the exact location in the text message.

HOW DO ECPs COMPARE TO OTHER SYSTEMS, LIKE THE BLUE LIGHT STATIONS?

"ECPs Costs LESS.  For the cost (15,000) of one Blue Light station, you could install 1,000 ECPs.
"ECP's are faster, easier to use, and reaches everyone on the response team at the same time.
"Internbet access is not required.
"Cell Phone networks extend and cover almost all cities, and towns.  .
"Maintenace cost less, and are musch easier to resolve..
"There is no technology for you to support.
